Refund Policy

We do not refund for change of mind for any purchases.

In the unlikely event your item arrives with a fault, please contact Lil P Designs by email (lilpdesigns1@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to advise of the concern with your order.

Exchange Policy - Shoes and tutus

We are happy to exchange due to sizing (subject to availability) within 14 days ("returns period") of receipt of your order.  Please note we only exchange for the same item type and item value (subject to availability).  In the event we are sold out of the size you wish to exchange for, we will issue a store credit upon return of your original item.  All items must be returned to Lil P Designs unworn in the original packaging condition.  The customer is responsible for return and re-delivery shipping fees.  We request a self-addressed tracked mailing satchel please be returned with your item for exchange.  Alternatively, we can invoice the customer by PayPal for our shipping company's fee.  Please note payment is required prior to the exchanged product being dispatched.

Please contact Lil P Designs by email (lilpdesigns1@gmail.com) within the returns period if your order is eligible for an exchange.  A returns address will be supplied at this time.

We do not offer exchange on personalised items.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer exchange on our bows or tights.

Can be used storewide except on pre-sale orders.
